Position Overview
The HR Specialist will take ownership of HR administration through ADP Workforce Now & ADP Run, maximizing premium features such as recruitment, screening, HR Assist, time clock management, employee profiles, referral programs, and learning modules. This role will also leverage Predictive Index (PI) premium features (Hire, Inspire, and Design) to optimize hiring, empower employees, and strengthen team workflows.
As part of our organizational strategy, this role will also play a key part in our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) integration, ensuring team accountability through “Rocks” (KPI-based) structured meetings and supporting operational discipline. The HR Specialist will also help roll out Progress Playbook, our interactive training platform for SOP creation, department-specific training, and continuous learning.
You will lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, serve as a liaison for new hires, and implement new recognition and engagement protocols that celebrate our team internally and externally. You will help empower our team to pursue career growth opportunities with clear promotional pathways, compensation and benefits available.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

Lead the full recruitment cycle using ADP Workforce Now + Run, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview pipelines.

Utilize PI (Predictive Index) assessments to evaluate candidates, strengthen team alignment, and promote internal career growth.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, delegate subsequent rounds, and oversee reference checks.

Manage new hire onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless transition for every team member.

Act as a permanent liaison for new employees, providing support, guidance, and a welcoming experience.
HR Administration

Maximize ADP Workforce Now premium features for recruitment, HR administration, and employee development.

Maintain accurate employee profiles, compliance records, and HR documentation.

Draft and update job descriptions and manage postings across multiple job boards.

Support compliance requirements including I-9 verification and policy adherence.
Employee Engagement & Recognition

Design and implement recognition programs, including a master calendar for birthdays, work anniversaries, and team milestones.

Create and manage new hire welcome packages to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Develop innovative employee engagement initiatives to promote a happy, productive workplace.
Learning & Development

Utilize ADP learning modules to optimize training, onboarding, and professional development opportunities.

Utilize Playbook Builder to create interactive SOPs and department-specific training materials.

Leverage PI tools to inspire and develop employees, creating clear pathways for growth and improved team collaboration.
Organizational Excellence

Support integration of EOS methodology across all brands.

Facilitate Rock (KPI-based structured meetings), ensuring accountability and measurable progress.

Drive adoption of accountability frameworks to strengthen performance and collaboration.
Compliance & Records

Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., FLSA, OSHA, EEOC).

Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and legal documentation.
Candidate Profile

Holds a Bachelor’s degree minimum (HR-related certifications a plus).

Brings 2+ years of HR and administrative experience with strong knowledge of HR systems and best practices.

Fluent in English with excellent reading, writing, and communication skills. Spanish is a plus but not required.

Proficient in Google Suite, with strong typing and document management skills.

Detail-oriented, independent, and able to design and implement efficient HR protocols.

Tech-savvy with experience using ADP Workforce Now, Predictive Index, or similar platforms.
Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle

Must be willing to travel and work out of our Miami office during the first quarter, and willing to travel to our other locations for employee engagement in South Florida

Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and other required confidentiality forms and agreements

Must pass a background screening

Schedule:

8 hours per day during normal business hours

Hybrid Schedule, the first 90 Days in-person, Remote/On-Site flexible schedule based on company needs and current demands
Compensation & Benefits
-
Competitive salary $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and certifications.
Hiring bonuses paid after the new hire surpasses 90 days of employment:

$100 for roles under $25K

$250 for roles $50K and under
-
$500 for roles $75K and under

$1,000 for roles $100K and over

Comprehensive benefits package: including health insurance, dental and vision currently voluntary, employee-paid plan (no employer contributions), starting November 2025 employer will increase contributions to 50%.
