My Duties and Responsibilities in this position are:

Event Marketing

§ Execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital, print) to drive attendance at THM Exchange Events.

§ Develop targeted lead generation strategies to funnel both builders and construction suppliers to the events sales team.

§ Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, event positioning, and messaging strategies.

§ Manage timelines, sponsorship budgets, and performance analytics of all marketing initiatives for events.

§ Track conversion rates and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness using data insights.

Sponsorship Management

§ Own and manage the end-to-end event sponsor experience, from onboarding to post-event follow-up.

§ Collaborate with the event sales team and directly with clients to confirm deliverables, collect materials, and manage expectations.

§ Coordinate all sponsorship-related assets: ordering, branding, signage, product placement, and materials for onsite visibility.

§ Ensure all sponsorships are flawlessly executed onsite at every event and meet the highest standards of professionalism and value.

Event Execution & Client Experience

§ Attend all in-person events as the primary point of contact for sponsor fulfillment and event marketing activation.

§ Serve as a liaison to sponsors, guaranteeing a seamless, elevated experience that encourages renewals and referrals.

§ Conduct on-site quality control and ensure all marketing and sponsor touchpoints align with brand standards.

Address issues in real-time to ensure full client satisfaction and post-event success.
