What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Conducting tax research and assisting in proactive tax planning strategies.
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff in tax compliance and planning processes.
- Collaborating closely with managers and partners to deliver exceptional client service and help grow the office.
Who You Are:
- CPA or actively pursuing certification, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experienced in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable commuting regularly to our Fort Myers office within a flexible hybrid work schedule.
