Manage and grow a field canvassing team — appointments only, no sales.
Responsibilities:

<li>Recruit, interview, hire, train and manage a team of canvassers</li>
<li>Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.</li>
<li>Schedule appointments for FREE estimates (No Selling Required)</li>
<li>Achieve team targets and goals</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or team leader in Home Improvement Industry.</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Salary, Commission, Bonus &amp; Overrides</li>
<li>Earn $100,000 to $250,000 per year</li>
