Job Overview
MyFlorida Energy is seeking a Bilingual Sales Dispatch Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. This role serves as the bridge between marketing and sales—responsible for scheduling and confirming customer appointments, managing rep calendars, and ensuring every sales opportunity is maximized.

Unlike traditional dispatch roles, this position is sales-focused, requiring strong phone skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to support sales reps in closing deals. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and comfortable juggling calendars, customer calls, and real-time scheduling adjustments to keep the sales floor running at peak performance.

This position reports in Office 5x/week

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm daily customer appointments to maximize show rates and reduce cancellations.
  • Manage and organize calendars for the sales team, ensuring balanced lead distribution and optimized appointment timing.
  • Call customers prior to appointments to answer questions, handle objections, and save potential cancellations.
  • Provide sales reps with detailed pre-appointment information to improve their chances of closing deals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sales reps, assisting with scheduling changes and customer updates.
  • Track and report key sales KPIs, including appointment confirmations, show/no-show rates, and close percentages.
  • Adjust schedules in real time to respond to last-minute changes or rep availability.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver performance reports to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales, Trainers, and Managers to identify opportunities for coaching and improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in sales, dispatching, and/or construction
  • Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, scheduling, or high-level customer service
  • Skilled at handling objections, negotiating, and supporting deal closure
  • Confident phone communicator with strong persuasion skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple calendars
  • Proficient with CRM tools
  • Able to work under pressure and consistently meet KPI targets
  • Motivated, go-getter mindset with a desire to grow into senior sales or leadership roles
