Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager specializing in real estate and partnership tax compliance and consulting. The ideal candidate will manage tax planning and compliance for our real estate clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations while providing strategic insights to optimize tax positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the preparation and review of partnership tax returns (Form 1065) for real estate clients.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to advise clients on partnership and real estate tax matters.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff on tax compliance and best practices within real estate and partnership taxation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, specifically in real estate and partnership taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of partnership tax rules and regulations, including Form 1065 and related schedules.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
