BVRG is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our agency’s daily operations across departments. This role ensures smooth processes, financial health, and team alignment, acting as the bridge between leadership strategy and daily execution. You’ll drive operational excellence, improve workflows, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
What You Will Do:
Operational Strategy & Efficiency:
- Build, document, and optimize processes across departments (client services, creative, production, finance).
- Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to save time and reduce costs.
- Implement and manage systems/tools (Monday.com, Asana, HubSpot, CRMs) to improve project tracking and reporting.
Financial Oversight:
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation across accounts.
- Partner with finance on billing accuracy, cash flow, and margin optimization.
Team & Resource Management:
- Ensure projects are appropriately staffed across teams.
- Balance workload between internal staff, freelancers, and external vendors.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and development in partnership with HR.
- Performance & KPIs
- Track agency-wide performance metrics (utilization, billable hours, timelines, client satisfaction).
- Build dashboards and reporting for leadership and client visibility.
Client & Partner Support:
- Support account teams with the tools, resources, and processes needed to deliver on client expectations.
- Step in when operational issues threaten delivery or scope.
Leadership & Culture:
- Act as a bridge between leadership vision and daily execution.
- Drive internal communications and alignment across departments.
- Lead change management during periods of growth, restructuring, or new service launches.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of operations, project management, or agency experience.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and implement systems that scale.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with freelancers/vendors.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (Monday.com, Asana, HubSpot, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
