The Director of First Impressions is a vital role within our organization, serving as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing clerical tasks and supporting daily operations.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls; take and deliver accurate messages
- Monitor the firm’s e-service email for incoming filings and correspondence
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, including certified mail and digital faxes
- Enter and manage case information using Case Management System
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Support administrative and clerical tasks, including eFiling and document preparation
