We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to support our manufacturing operations in Fort Lauderdale!

As the Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the profitability and financial health of our business by managing full P&L and net working capital elements. You will provide essential financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to enable effective operational decision-making across teams.

You’ll also be responsible for inventory management, KPI reporting, month-end and year-end closings, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive business value and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Report on financial results related to P&L, inventory, net working capital, and cash position.
  • Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  • Support production-related inventory issues and provide relevant data for decision-making.
  • Prepare and execute forecasts and business plans to ensure targets are met.
  • Perform proactive financial analysis, identify problems, and implement action plans to enhance business performance.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare monthly KPI reports following Bosch standards.
  • Support monthly financial reporting to corporate and external partners (e.g., Carrier).
  • Assist in preparing materials for management reviews and monthly reporting packages.
  • Monitor and control key performance indicators including production and efficiency metrics.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Minimum 5+ years of controlling experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP, BW, and Hyperion financial systems.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and build trusted relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like VBA, Catalytic, Alteryx, Analysis for Office, or Python.
