Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information and redirecting queries appropriately.
• Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
• Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
• Manage reception area responsibilities, welcoming visitors and maintaining a clean, organized front desk.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other administrative events.
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and handle procurement as needed.
• Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other correspondence as required.• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
