A high-growth Hospitality SaaS company based in Weston, FL, is in search of a trusted partner and go-to support for the CEO & Founder!

This is an entirely on-site position, Monday–Friday, working directly with the CEO at the company’s corporate HQ in Weston.

In this role, you’ll:
- Keep the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities perfectly aligned
- Coordinate investor meetings, events, and complex travel (domestic & international)
- Serve as the go-to liaison with teams, clients, and partners
- Manage household and lifestyle logistics so the CEO can focus on growth
- Build systems that make everything run like clockwork
What you bring:
- 3+ years supporting a CEO or senior leader in a startup environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional organizational skills
- Comfort working at speed and adapting to shifting priorities
- Strong tech skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project tools)
