The Shack Riverfront Restaurant And Tiki Bar in Palm Bay, FL is looking for dishwasher's to join our 65 person team. If you are reliable and motivated you will be given the opportunity to train and move up to other Kitchen positions. We review your performance every 90 days reward good performane with raises and/or promotion. You’re stepping stones will be from dishwasher, promoted to prep cooks or fry cooks within 90 days after that, you’ll be promoted to Line Cook or pantry position, etc. etc. We are located on 4845 Dixie Hwy Ne. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a dishwasher
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
