Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Finding new clients: Use your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills to bring in new accounts.
  • Understanding customer needs: Build connections and ask the right questions to discover what potential customers are looking for.
  • Offering solutions: Show potential customers how our complete facilities maintenance solutions can help them.
  • Closing deals: Use your fantastic communication skills to provide simple and effective solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Growing your skills: Continuously learn and improve through ongoing training in operational functions.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable and effective at prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, and customer service, including communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Computer-savvy with ongoing experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the facilities maintenance industry is a plus
