At Head Aero, we’re expanding our operations in Miami and looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth handling of aircraft parts-from storage and preparation to shipping and system management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and maintain order;
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of aircraft parts;
- Prepare and ship aircraft components to clients worldwide;
- Work with inventory systems to manage stock and shipments;
- Coordinate logistics and support smooth operational flow;
- Work with international export shipments.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and packing;
- Experience with aviation-related ERP/CRM systems and manage documentation flows;
- Knowledge of export-compliance procedures, including completing SLIs and familiarity with HS and ECCN classifications;
- Experience communicating with freight forwarders and arranging shipments via FedEx /DHL/UPS;
- Understanding of ASA warehouse-storage standards;
- A certification for working with hazmat materials is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one);
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on mindset;
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
