Job Type: Full-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $1,500 - $3,000+ per week (Uncapped Commission)
Company Overview: We are a premier authorized partner for Frontier, a national leader in high-speed fiber internet. We are expanding our direct-to-consumer sales division and seeking motivated individuals to represent the Frontier brand with integrity and drive in local neighborhoods.
The Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you are the face of Frontier in the community. You will engage directly with residents at their homes, canvassing assigned territories to promote and sell Frontier's suite of high-speed internet services. This is a role for a resilient, results-driven individual who thrives on direct interaction, building rapport quickly, and is motivated by the freedom of uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute proven door-to-door sales strategies within an assigned residential territory.

Master product knowledge of Frontier's high-speed fiber internet plans and promotions.

Cultivate customer relationships at the door, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Represent the Frontier brand with the highest level of professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in D2D sales, outside sales, or customer service is a significant plus but not required.
