Job DescriptionDescription:

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Financial Reporting & Systems to join our finance team. The Sr.

Financial Analyst, Corporate Financial Reporting & Systems is responsible for a variety of financial activities

including forecasting, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

are required for this role. Additionally, the ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily

comprehensible manner is essential.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist in annual budget, financial reporting, and monthly forecasting process.

· Develop financial models and clearly communicate results through clear, concise verbal and written reports

· Develop, refresh and maintain Adaptive planning models for the monthly forecast and annual budgets.

· Administer the financial reporting system, maintaining users, accounts and the integration with external

systems.

· Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

· Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, budgeting, and modeling processes

· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

· Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data

· Identify ways to improve profitability and propose operational improvements to managers

· Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or Finance, Required

Master’s Degree Finance or Business, Preferred


Experience and Skills Requirements

· 4+ years finance experience in Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting, including Balance Sheet and

Cash Flow Statement

· Advanced Excel skills and functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory)

· Advanced financial modeling skills (mandatory)

· Experience developing Adaptive planning models and web reports (mandatory)

· Experience as an Adaptive or other financial systems administrator would be a strong asset

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

· Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple departments

· Ability to update reports/dashboards and provide analysis · Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (preferred) · Familiarity with large scale ERP or G/L package (Great Plains) (preferred)
