Location
- Based in Florida (Naples area) or on-island
- Florida-based candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- On-island candidates may be of any nationality, provided they meet the experience requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD $9,500 per month (inclusive of benefits)
- Bonus: Up to 30% performance-based

The Role
As Director of Revenue, you’ll lead pricing, forecasting, distribution, and performance strategy across all revenue streams. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive sustainable growth, optimize profitability, and unlock untapped commercial opportunities.
This is a highly visible role for a strategic, data-driven leader who’s equally comfortable in the weeds and in the boardroom.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving enterprise-wide revenue strategy across rooms and non-room outlets
- Optimizing pricing, channel mix, and demand across all segments
- Leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-term commercial planning
- Providing strategic revenue insights to F&B, Spa, Golf, and Retail teams
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing on group strategy, promotions, and demand generation
- Leading revenue systems, analytics, and reporting
- Developing and leading high-performing revenue and reservations teams
Who We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of senior revenue management experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven success driving non-room revenue growth
- Strong exposure to resort environments; remote island experience is a plus
- Background with large luxury brands or high-end independent operations
- Deep expertise in pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategy
- Strategic, commercially minded, and highly collaborative
