What You’ll Do:

As a Licensed Sales Producer (or Account Executive), you will:

• Identify and pursue new leads daily—cold calls, warm referrals, networking, and more.

• Develop lasting client relationships while proactively recommending insurance solutions.

• Close sales and hit aggressive targets with confidence and skill.

• Work in a high-energy, performance-based environment that celebrates results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or commission-based roles.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Insurance licenses (Property & Casualty or CSR) or willingness to obtain them quickly.
