Job Summary

  • Performing Functions Such and answering Phones.
  • Keep communication with vendors.
  • Tracks orders and makes purchases order maintains accurate purchase records.
  • Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy and investigates any issues before contacting vendors.
  • Keep price List up to date with supplies.
  • Keep Showroom Displays / Catalogs organized and up to date.
  • Prepares Quotes.
  • Maintain records of procurement documents, such as purchase orders, proposals.
  • The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
  • Follow up and distribute New Leads.
  • Checks and Answer Emails.
  • Collaborate with different company departments.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Some previous office experiences
  • Must speak English and Spanish
