Description
Will help manager with change journey - strategy,roadmap,governance,outreach,positioning & branding,participating in expos & presentations; create milestones and assit in setting up training
Change Strategy & Planning
•\tDevelop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
•\tConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for organizational initiatives
•\tCreate change management roadmaps aligned with project timelines and organizational objectives
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
•\tDesign and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage affected employees throughout change initiatives
•\tFacilitate stakeholder meetings, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input and address concerns
Resistance Management & Support
•\tIdentify and proactively address resistance through targeted interventions and support strategies
•\tServe as a point of contact for change-related questions and concerns from employees and leaders
•\tMonitor adoption metrics and adjust change strategies based on feedback and resistance patterns
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
•\tDefine success metrics and KPIs to measure change effectiveness and employee adoption
•\tConduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities
•\tTrack and report on change management activities, progress, and outcomes to project teams and leadership
Change Management Framework & Tools
•\tApply change management methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency across initiatives
•\tStay current on change management trends and bring innovative approaches to the organization
Collaboration & Project Support
•\tWork closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate change management into project plans
•\tParticipate in project meetings and provide change management perspective on decisions and deliverables
•\tSupport multiple concurrent change initiatives and coordinate efforts when changes overlap or intersect

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
