We are seeking a Strategic Operations Director to serve as a trusted execution partner with our Chief Technology Officer. This role will help drive internal alignment, manage crossfunctional initiatives, and enable executive effectiveness across the Technology division. This role acts as an operational extension of the CTO, ensuring the seamless execution of divisional priorities, optimizing workflows, and providing clear visibility into ongoing projects and initiatives and the data behind them. The Strategic Operations Director collaborates closely with senior leaders, functional teams, and key stakeholders to keep the organization moving fast and focused.

This position is based out of our Lake Worth, FL office with anticipated travel up to 25%. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
- Strategic Input: Partner with the Chief Technology Officer to maintain and improve internal operating rhythms, processes, and systems that drive efficiency and execution based on a comprehensive understanding of the company, division and competitive landscape.
- o Strategic Development: Support data collection, reporting, and analysis efforts that inform divisional decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to surface key insights and contribute to performance tracking.
- Executive Reporting & Insights: Help prepare dashboards, summaries, and presentations that provide visibility into business performance, key metrics, and progress against divisional priorities
- Initiative Support & Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of critical programs and initiatives. Help manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications to keep work on track.
- Operational Oversight: Manages coordination of divisional meetings, leads project management and prioritization.
- People Initiatives: Collaborates with HR Business Partner to align messaging on key divisional initiatives.
- Process Improvement Assistance: Contribute to identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in internal workflows. Help document and implement enhancements to streamline operations.

- Partner with the CTO and executive leadership to define and execute the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap.
- Align engineering, IT, data, and product initiatives with overall business strategy to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.
- Build and refine governance models, processes, and OKRs to track technology performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Anticipate challenges by acquiring data from multiple sources, making sense of complex or conflicting inputs, and implementing effective solutions.
- Incorporate diverse perspectives, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to ensure forward-looking technology strategies.
