Private Villa & Yacht Chef (Part‐Time – 3 Days/Week, including 1 Weekend Day)

Location: Miami Beach, FL & 87’ Azimut Yacht

We are seeking a creative, health‐focused Private Chef to cook part‐time for our family and guests between our Miami villa (2 days/week) and onboard our 87’ Azimut yacht (1 day/week). This role offers the chance to express culinary artistry in both a home kitchen and yacht environment while delivering a luxury dining experience.

About the Role:

The chef will design exciting seasonal menus inspired by Mediterranean fusion, Middle Eastern, and global cuisines, with a strong emphasis on healthy, organic, and farm-to-table ingredients. Dishes should be both nutritious and indulgent, with vibrant flavors, artful presentation, and international influence.

Schedule:

  • 2 days per week at our Miami villa (family service, dinners, and occasional entertaining)

  • 1 day per week on the yacht (day trips or guest charters)

  • Must be available to work 1 weekend day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create customized multi-course menus showcasing fusion cuisine with Mediterranean, Israeli, Middle Eastern, vegan, and health-conscious options

  • Source and prepare high-quality local and seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on organic and sustainable products

  • Cook and serve meals at a restaurant-quality (4-star+) level, with refined plating and presentation

  • Manage provisioning and inventory for both villa and yacht kitchens

  • Ensure smooth galley operations and safe food handling while at sea

  • Accommodate dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, healthy substitutions, etc.)

  • Collaborate with household staff and yacht crew to coordinate events, meals, and guest experiences

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional culinary training and/or significant experience as a private chef, villa chef, or yacht chef in luxury hospitality

  • Expertise in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, plant-forward, and health-focused cuisines

  • Strong menu development skills with creativity in flavor and plating

  • Experience managing provisioning for private households and yachts

  • Ability to adapt between villa and yacht kitchen environments with flexibility and organization

  • Professionalism, discretion, and a genuine passion for cooking
