LaBelle Well Drilling and Water Systems, Inc is family owned and operated, providing quality water treatment, well drilling, water well and pump systems in South Florida. We offer honest, quality work with friendly service to all our customers. We are seeking an experienced, motived and result driven Service Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency within our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Providing assistance to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing guidance and support to team members in the field. Assist in troubleshooting & effective problem solving.

Prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient use of time and energy. Ex: Immediate response to No Water Calls.

Need to be able to plan their work organizationally.

Manage and oversee scheduling, calendar management.

Must Communicate with Drilling department for replacement well scheduling.

Communicate with purchasing staff to insure all materials needed are in stock.

Responsible for hiring, training or firing as needed.

Data Entry

Dispatch and manage emergency calls outside normal working hours and weekends.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
