Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead marketing strategies, drive high-quality lead generation, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has proven experience in marketing and growth, is data-driven, and can mentor junior team members. You will work in a positive, high-energy environment with a focus on creativity, collaboration, and measurable results. This role offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to shape the company’s marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive leads and business growth.

• Oversee digital marketing channels including email, social media, content, and paid advertising.

• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Mentor and support junior marketing team members to enhance overall performance.

• Develop marketing content, presentations, and materials for client engagement.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing tools, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience: 4–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing roles (fintech or financial services experience preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns

• Experience mentoring and managing junior team members

• Results-driven, creative, and strategic thinker

• Positive, collaborative mindset with a passion for growth and success

Certifications / Licenses (if applicable): None required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (base + performance bonuses)

Bonus / Incentives: Performance-based incentives for marketing and growth results
