Position: Full-Time + Part Time Positions Available | Hourly
Reports To: Front of House Manager
Location: Fernandina Beach, FL
Compensation: $11.00/ hr + Gratuities

Position Summary:

The FOH Bartender/Server ensures a first-class dining experience for members, guests, and private events through excellent service, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Player

• Greet guests and provide warm, attentive service
  
  
• Describe menu items and take accurate food and beverage orders
  
  
• Enter orders in POS system and deliver in a timely manner
  
  
• Upsell items, refill drinks, and clear tables
  
  
• Communicate modifications to the kitchen
  
  
• Complete setup, cleaning, and closing duties
  
  
• Report guest concerns to Management and assists in providing solutions
  
  

Qualifications:

• *For bartender: MUST have 1+ years' experience in bartending*

• Experience in fine dining or banquet experience (not required)
  
  
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
  
  
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
  
  
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
  
  
• Holds a valid Florida Food Handler’s card
  
  
• Previous private club experience (not required)
