The are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, inquiries are handled promptly, and every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to support client needs.
- Support the sales team with quotes, order tracking, and customer updates.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or distribution.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP systems a plus.
