We seek a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead our global people initiatives, with a strong focus on workforce optimization, compensation strategy, and cross-cultural leadership.

What You’ll do:

As our HR Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction through people, culture, and leadership. You’ll oversee all aspects of HR, including:

HR Management - Oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent management, while leading the HR department.

Strategic Management - Lead the development and Implementation of global HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Project Management - Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects, ensuring on-time delivery, effective risk mitigation, and achievement of clear, measurable outcomes.

Compliance Management – Ensuring adherence to labor laws and industry standards throughout the United States.

Compensation Management - Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent globally.

Restructuring & Change Management - Drive organizational right-sizing initiatives with empathy, precision, and business acumen.

HR Analytics & Process Improvements – Use analytics to gain actionable insights to improve business and talent outcomes.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution – Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, fostering a harmonious workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and enhances organizational effectiveness.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a software or healthcare tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in right-sizing, workforce transformation, and change management.
  • Experience building HR systems and processes in a scaling tech company.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence at all levels and across cultures.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities with a track record of leading cross-functional HR initiatives.
