Job DescriptionIndependent Print & Design is growing, and we’re looking for someone awesome to join our crew. If you actually know your way around a screen printing press or embroidery machine (and not just because you saw a TikTok about it), keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka the "Real Job Stuff"):
- Handle Orders Like a Boss: Shirts, hoodies, polos—you’ll process and manage apparel orders and make sure they’re done right and on time.
- Keep the Chaos Organized: Work with suppliers to keep stock levels in check and orders moving.
- Quote with Confidence: You’ll give customers accurate pricing based on what they need, not what their cousin’s cousin said it “should” cost.
- Know Your Methods: Screen printing, embroidery, dye sub—choose the best process for each job without needing a debate team.
- Hit Deadlines Without Losing Your Mind: Multitask like a pro and still keep the quality top-notch.
- Talk to Humans: Be friendly, professional, and helpful when working with our customers (even the ones who send 27 emails in a row).
Bonus Points If You:
- Can design a killer tee (graphic design skills = gold)
- Know how to prepare and print films for screen printing
- Can tolerate the smell of plastisol ink before coffee
