EcoWater Systems of Central Florida is looking for a Service Coordinator for our growing organization in Plant City, FL!
Full-time Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:30 am - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Paid Holidays | PTO | Benefits | Supplemental Insurance | 401(K)
Our Service Coordinator serves as the face and initial point of contact for associates and customers. You will be responsible for:
- Maintains long-term, positive relationships with customers.
- Obtains and inputs customer service orders and follow-up on additional orders for customers as needed.
- Updates customers on in-progress service, part status, and schedule.
- File and maintain internal parts warranty
- Takes action to respond to and/or resolve customer issues.
- Interacts courteously, timely, and professionally with internal departments to satisfy customer issues and/or process exceptions within guidelines (including, but not limited to pricing, scheduling, credit, and accounting).
- Keeps internal departments and external customers informed of any follow-up through resolution.
- Identifies and escalates customer issues outside established guidelines to the appropriate superior or manager.
- Follows departmental guidelines for methods of order input and accuracy.
- Utilizes all necessary internal applications, including, but not limited to: Watertight, Internet, e-mail, Word and Excel.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
We are looking for candidates that are able to maintain composure and professionalism at all times, while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have a H.S. diploma or equivalent
- At least one year’s experience in person office experience (Preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with employees and customers
- Computer proficiency is required
- 2 plus years' experience in a customer service-based position preferred (Preferred)
- Scheduling and logistic experience (Preferred)
- The ability to follow directions, attention to detail and time management skills
