Job DescriptionInventory Specialist – Manufacturing | ERP + Forklift Experience Required
Are you detail‑oriented, organized, and ready to take ownership of a key role in a growing manufacturing team? We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist who loves keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring inventory is accurate, clean, and well‑managed.
In this role, you’ll play a major part in maintaining inventory flow, improving system accuracy, and supporting production efficiency. If you have ERP experience, forklift skills, and enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment — this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily inventory accuracy within a manufacturing setting
- Label, organize, and properly store incoming and existing parts
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits
- Update and maintain counts using our ERP system
- Support production and purchasing teams by ensuring parts are always available
- Keep inventory areas clean, safe, and well organized
- Partner closely with the Purchasing Manager, who you will report to directly
What We’re Looking For
- Must have ERP experience (inventory modules)
- Must have forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read/write in English and perform basic math calculations
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
