Copperleaf Golf Club in Estero, FL has recently undergone an exciting renovation, creating a stunning and modern atmosphere for our members and guests. We take pride in delivering an unforgettable experience, whether it's a relaxing day on the course or a delightful dining experience in our newly designed clubhouse.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
Anticipate and address guests' needs throughout their dining experience
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
