We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies.
- Manage general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
- Adhere to company financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
