Crew Leader

Position Description:

· Crew leader is responsible for their entire crews activities ensuring that they are adhering to all company standards/policies

· Crew leader is responsible to ensure that the crew is following all safety guidelines established

· Will use the scanner daily to capture entire crew work time/hours, equipment used, chemical and supplies used

· Will submit scanner daily to office for processing

· Crew leader will complete a timesheet daily/weekly as a paper back-up to scanner data captured

· Crew leader will complete an auto checklist weekly to ensure that their crew vehicles have all required equipment, safety equipment, and documentation

· Crew leader is responsible for housekeeping of all trucks and equipment making sure his equipment is clean and in working order

Required:

· Ability to pass drug test

· Willing to work out of town periodically

· Off-road driving experience

· Must be able to operate an ATV/RTV

Preferred but not required:

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Project Manager

Position Description:

· Project Manager is responsible for each of their crews activities ensuring that they are adhering to all company standards/policies

· Project Manager is responsible to ensure that each crew is following all safety guidelines established

· Project Manager needs to be available for any and all field support for their crews

· Will prepare and send out daily job sites to each customer/requestor informing them of crews and activities on jobsites

· Project Manager is responsible for creating work orders and gathering any additional information needed to submit to accounts receivable to bill for work completed for the week

· Reviews payroll reports from human resources to check for accuracy and return to payroll in a timely manner with any/all corrections by noon

· Project Manager will ensure that all safety inspections are done on jobsites/vehicles and will be part of Ground Level Safety committee

· Project Manager will use a check list of items to retrieve from crew leader

· Will ensure that all crew leaders have and complete daily auto checklist

· Project manager will be responsible for employee needs (any concerns/issues that may arise) and reporting them to the appropriate department

o Any payroll needs will be sent to Human Resources

o Any billing work orders will be sent to Account Manager

o Any material/supply needs will be sent to Logistics

Required:

· Ability to pass drug test

· Off-road driving experience

· Must be able to operate an ATV/RTV

· Must be able to use excel, word, outlook, send/receive emails
