Your role as a Production Operations Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics involves process optimization, quality control, documentation, equipment upkeep, continuous improvement, and ensuring safety and compliance.
This role is situated in our Life Science and Diagnostics departments in Miami, FL, with an onsite requirement.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data following standard practices and procedures.
- Engage in troubleshooting and propose enhancements to production methods.
- Collaborate with various teams including QC, QA, Development, Marketing, and Engineering.
Who You Are
- Holder of a high school degree (or equivalent), with over two years of experience in a technical manufacturing setting.
- Skilled in following approved instructions diligently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and email.
Desirable Skills and Experiences
- Previous laboratory experience in an FDA/ISO regulated environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Fluency in English communication.

The role offers an hourly compensation rate of $29.18, subject to adjustments. It is eligible for incentive bonuses and a broad array of benefits including paid leave and a 401(k) plan.
