Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process invoices accurately using PeopleSoft systems.
• Perform calculations and ensure billing accuracy using Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Generate and distribute billing statements to clients in a timely manner.
• Handle billing collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Utilize computerized billing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all billing activities.
• Provide support for ad hoc billing tasks and reporting requirements.• Proven experience in billing functions and systems.
