The Client Care Center Service Coordinator responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming calls to the Service Drive: answering client questions, making appointments, taking messages for Service Advisor, coordinating with Client Care Center Schedulers
  • Handle outbound calls: reminding clients of upcoming appointments, relaying Service Advisor messages
  • Greeting clients when entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions, directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or location.
  • Assist Service Advisors on follow up calls to clients on status of their vehicles: notifying when vehicle is / will be ready for pick up.
  • Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies.
  • Walking short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, Service Advisors, and visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
