- Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email and online chat
- Schedule appointments and ensure needs are met
- Meet productivity and call-handling targets
- Comply with HIPAA privacy and security standards
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software - at the very least, basic computer navigation and data entry in CRMs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
