🔹 Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Loan Officer who’s excited about unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships in the real estate investment space. This is a commission-only position with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and originating deals, managing borrower relationships, and working closely with our team to deliver a fast, frictionless financing experience from quote to close.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Originate loans for fix-and-flip, bridge, and new construction projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers throughout the process
- Collect documentation and assist in preparing loan files for underwriting
- Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investors, builders, and developers
- Track market trends and stay ahead of client needs
- Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure fast closings

- Experience in real estate, lending, mortgage, or sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to analyze deals, assess risk, and structure smart loans
