We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Office Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing payroll entry and processing, answering phones and various other office clerical job duties. This is a very laid back office setting, with flexible work attire requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process employee payroll data
  • Handle and manage employee inquiries regarding payroll
  • Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Perform various other office duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Critical eye for accuracy and is highly organized
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Demonstration of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail and complete job duties in a timely manner
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Bilingual in Spanish very helpful
  • Previous payroll and office experience and understanding of office procedures and processes.
