Eastern Metal Supply is a national distributor of custom and standard aluminum extrusions and sheet products. With over 30 years in the metals industry, we have earned a reputation throughout the United States as a first-class supplier of quality aluminum products. We have a vast product line: storm panels, marine extrusions and accessories, patio enclosures, hand railing, and aluminum extrusions.
We are currently seeking a seasoned manager for our facility in Lake Worth, FL.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of: receiving, picking, staging, loading, transportation, safety, training, inventory
- Managing a warehouse team comprised of supervisors and leads
- Ensuring the efficient management of labor hours and consumable supplies within budget
- Implementing operational policies and procedures
- Interviewing and training of new hires
- Managing the fabrication of roll shutters and roof plans
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment within OSHA guidelines
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate performance
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience, with supervisory experience, preferably in multi-shift
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Highly effective management skills and techniques
- Excellent analytical and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Hands on commitment to the team's success
- Customer service focused

Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
- Monday – Friday
