This position requires a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team with a local Counter Top Fabrication Company. In this role, you will manage inventory receipts, allocation of material to projects, and ensure that the material is received "just in time" for production to meet its goals. Your analytical skills will be essential in optimizing inventory processes, reducing costs, and ensuring product availability.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Receive all arriving material deliveries and properly stage for production ensuring that inventory tags are accurate and properly affixed to the material. Tracking and properly allocating of all remnant material for production. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage material schedules and resolve any supply chain issues. Utilize inventory management software to accurately track material movements and generate reports for management review. Collaborate with purchasing and production personnel to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications/Skills: 2+ years experience in inventory management or supply chain coordination. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in inventory management software and material allocations.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Experience in a fast paced fabrication environment. Knowledge of materials utilized in counter top fabrication and remnant allocation. Understanding of supply chain logistics and vendor relationships building best practices.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic fabrication environment.
