The HVAC Service Manager oversees and manages all aspects of our HVAC Service Operations. This role involves managing a team of Service Technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and driving department performance. The role requires strong leadership skills, extensive HVAC technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC service, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Valid HVAC certifications and licenses as required by local/state regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills for working with clients, and team members.
- Proficiency with HVAC software and basic office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
