HT INSTALL is a family owned, high-end Custom Integrator since 2010. We have completed over 8000 projects in the last 15 years and have amassed a large client base- residential and commercial. We specialize in custom solutions for audio, video, security, lighting, shades, access control, and smart home automation. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Systems Designer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.
The Role:
You are a sales hunter and a technical problem-solver rolled into one. Your primary mission is to proactively generate leads, design innovative and feasible technology systems, and manage the client relationship from the first contact through project completion. This is a full-time, in-office position with core hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Procure and develop your own sales leads.- Consultative Selling: Advise clients on the possibilities of available technology, understanding their needs and wants to recommend optimal solutions.
- System Design: Design and quote technology systems that are both technically feasible and deliver on the client's vision.
- Staying informed with Project Management: Stay updated by initiating check-ins with the project manager, ensuring no details are missed and the client is kept informed.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in a culture of accountability, openly addressing mistakes and identifying processes to prevent repeated issues.

Compensation & Structure:
This is a 100% commission-based role designed to reward high performers.- You earn 10% of the company's profit upon completion and payment of a job.
- To support you through our long project lifecycles, we offer a draw of up to 80% of your estimated 10% portion once a project is sold.
- When the job is paid in full, your earnings are reconciled to the "true" 10% of the final profit.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven experience in designing, selling, or installing alarm and/or access control systems.- A hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate their own leads.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- A keen eye for technical detail and the ability to design realistic systems.
- A commitment to a culture of constant improvement, accountability, and problem-solving.
- Professionalism and a willingness to adhere to our company uniform and standards.
