Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to support a high-volume manufacturing operation in Hialeah. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. The ideal candidate has strong system experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the flow of inventory within a manufacturing setting.

This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and hands-on involvement with inventory control, reconciliation, and system accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Monitor inventory movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Investigate variances and work closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
  • Support production planning by ensuring material availability and accurate stock levels
  • Oversee inventory locations, labeling, and bin accuracy within the warehouse
  • Assist with physical inventories and audits as required
  • Identify process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and system efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturing best practices


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Hands-on experience managing raw goods and finished goods
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory systems / ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred)
  • Solid understanding of inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including flexibility as operational needs change
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-volume or multi-shift manufacturing operations
  • Prior exposure to audits and physical inventory processes
  • Strong system navigation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and management teams
