Insightful, powered by NewsBank, inc., is looking for an Account Executive to hunt for new business in the nonprofit market.
Insightful is a SaaS product that helps nonprofits stay on top of crucial news about donors that fundraising teams can’t afford to miss. This leads to deeper relationships and greater giving.
You will use your sales and communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, uncover their needs, and win new business. If you are entrepreneurial, motivated, and results-driven, we’d like to meet you!
Starting Salary Range
$80,000 base with a commission package
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goal
- Build and maintain a weighted pipeline that supports individual sales goal/quota
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Uncover customer needs
- Identify and use effective prospecting strategies to connect with Insightful prospects
Qualifications
- 2 years of Sales experience meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Ability to sell on value vs. technical functionality
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- A positive attitude
- Experience selling a new product in a new market
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
