Located in Jensen Beach, Florida, we design and manufacture high-performance water cars that combine advanced marine engineering with automotive technology. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team at our manufacturing warehouse.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a master-level Marine Mechanic with 10+ years of professional marine mechanical experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise with marine engines, electrical systems, rigging, propulsion components, diagnostics, and technical integration for complex marine applications.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of marine engines, drivetrains, and propulsion systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, and cooling system issues
- Perform marine rigging, wiring, and system integration for amphibious vehicles
- Collaborate with engineers and fabrication teams during the manufacturing and testing process
- Assist with improvements to mechanical systems and performance optimization
- Maintain top-tier workmanship according to high marine and automotive engineering standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain an organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience as a Marine Mechanic (boat mechanic, marine technician, or equivalent)
- Expert-level knowledge of marine engines (gas/petrol), electrical systems, rigging, and marine hardware
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics
- Skilled with diagnostic tools and marine mechanical equipment
- Experience with automotive systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Must be dependable and able to work full-time on-site in Jensen Beach, FL
