We’re hiring a driven, phone-savvy Inside Sales Agent to turn warm real estate leads into appointments for our top-producing team. If you love helping people, thrive on results, and want a stable full-time role in a fast-paced environment—this is it.

Compensation:
$16 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls
- Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents
- Keep notes organized in our CRM
- Hit daily & weekly goals (calls, contacts, appointments)
- Build rapport, handle objections, and keep leads moving
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment (is preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence
- Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently
- Driven by goals and metrics with a “no excuses” mindset
- Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day
- Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy—able to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems
- Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
