Program Director will be responsible for TA and QA of Healthy Start home visiting programs in our area.
This is a full time position. Other duties include submitting monthly and quarterly reports on time and correctly. Collecting and analyzing HS subcontracted provider reports ensuring information is correct and submitted in a timely manner. Yearly monitoring report of all programs. Assisting with coalitions public education awareness campaign by representation at meetings and events as assigned. Experience in data systems. Must be proficient in word, excel, power point and use of office equipment.

This position is for a maternal child health program. Prefer candidate with 5 years management/supervisory role experience.
Position Overview:
The Program Director will be responsible for providing technical assistance (TA) and quality assurance (QA) to Healthy Start home visiting programs in our service area. This position requires a skilled leader with a strong background in program management, data analysis, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to improving health outcomes for pregnant women, infants, and young children.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight to ensure all Healthy Start home visiting programs meet high-quality standards and comply with organizational, state, and federal guidelines.

Deliver technical assistance to program staff and subcontracted providers, supporting their professional growth and program effectiveness.

Collect, review, and analyze reports from Healthy Start subcontracted providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on program performance, outcomes, and compliance.

Conduct yearly monitoring of all programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.

Act as a representative of Chipola Healthy Start in community coalitions, public education campaigns, and outreach events to raise awareness about maternal and child health initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records and utilize data systems to track outcomes, evaluate program performance, and support decision-making.

Ensure efficient use of office technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard equipment, to support daily operations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships, improve program services, and advocate for the needs of families in our community.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience, ideally within maternal and child health or related human services programs.

Demonstrated experience in program oversight, quality assurance, and data-driven evaluation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly and effectively.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using data systems for reporting and program management.
