State Upgrades is hiring Sales Closers for a hybrid role that combines field prospecting and in-home closing, with access to company-generated appointments for qualifying reps.
This is a performance-driven, commission-based position designed for sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential while selling high-ticket home improvement projects.
Products include roofing, windows & doors, and exterior upgrades. Most projects are financed and pre-qualified.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through field prospecting
- Run in-home sales appointments (self-generated and company-provided)
- Follow established pricing, compliance, and sales processes
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation
- Represent the company professionally in the field and in customers’ homes
Compensation & Support
- Uncapped commission structure
- Commission on self-generated and closed deals
- Upside on approved upsells
- Company-generated appointments available for qualifying performers
- $900 bi-weekly marketing/transition bonus during the initial ramp-up period
Top performers earn six figures+ annually.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, in-home, or face-to-face)
- Comfortable working in the field
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented
