Employment Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week) Compensation: $1,500 Monthly Stipend + Performance Commission (10–20%) Additional Perks: $300–$500 Monthly Local Travel & Expense Stipend

About the Role

We are a growing digital marketing consultancy seeking a mature, credible, and local professional for a high-impact Business Development and Sales role. This is not a high-volume call center position or a junior SDR role. We are looking for a "door-opener"—someone who can navigate the local business community with poise, integrity, and a consultative approach.

Your goal is to build relationships with owners of local businesses (restaurants, medical offices, retail, and professional services) and secure qualified meetings for the founder. This is a high-mentorship opportunity where you will work directly with the consultancy’s lead to learn the nuances of high-level sales and digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outreach: Conduct a mix of digital, phone, and in-person outreach to connect with Boca Raton business owners.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the face of the brand at local networking events and during community outreach.
  • Meeting Generation: Successfully qualify leads and set discovery appointments for the founder.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating flyers, case studies, and outreach materials while maintaining a simple tracking system.

Qualifications

  • The "Trust Factor": You are personable, articulate, and someone a business owner would naturally trust and respect.
  • Boca Local: You live in or very near Boca Raton and understand the local business landscape.
  • Sales Experience: You have a background in sales or business development and are comfortable initiating professional conversations. Minimum 2 years in sales experience.
  • Self-Driven: You can work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and stay organized without micromanagement.
  • Confident: Well spoken and personable.
